The living area has a full sleeper sofa with additional side chairs that face the gas log fireplace. Directly behind the living area is the kitchen, featuring a large island with seating. The entire length of the cottage is dedicated to the Primary Suite, richly adorned with a king-size bed. As you walk through to the ensuite bathroom, you'll find a stack washer/dryer in the closet. The primary bathroom has a large soaking tub, walk-in shower, double vanity sinks, and a separate water closet.

Guests will have their own private outdoor space with a deck/patio area. This outdoor living space includes a Fuego grill and dining set and wraps around to the unit's private hot tub, outdoor shower, and parking/charging space for a rented golf cart. Additionally, each unit has 2 parking spaces located at the front of the development.

This cottage is part of the Townie Cottages Resort, a private community of 4 separate homes that share a 20' x 40' inground pool, a communal fire pit, and have easy access to the serene beaches of Lake Michigan.
